Product Use

The purchaser is solely responsible for ensuring:

• All fasteners are correctly tightened and periodically inspected.
• The product is maintained in a safe condition.

Improper installation may result in damage, injury, or product failure.

Vehicle Modifications

This product is intended for installation on Nissan GQ Patrol vehicles. Any modification to the product or vehicle may affect fitment, structural integrity, and compliance with applicable laws.

The purchaser is responsible for ensuring the vehicle remains compliant with all relevant Australian road laws and regulations.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, KM OFFROAD INDUSTRIES shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss or damage arising from the installation, use, misuse, or inability to use this product.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• Vehicle damage
• Property damage
• Personal injury
• Loss of income or profits
• Costs associated with incorrect installation

Nothing in this disclaimer excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

Product Inspection

The purchaser should inspect the product before installation. Do not install or use the product if any damage is identified.

The installer should regularly inspect all mounting hardware and fasteners, particularly after off-road use.

Warranty

The warranty does not cover:

• Incorrect installation
• Misuse or abuse
• Accidents or collisions
• Product modifications
• Normal wear and tear
• Corrosion resulting from inadequate maintenance
• Damage caused by improper vehicle use

Warranty claims may require proof of purchase and photographs of the product.
